A newly established NGO that provides community services and crisis relief management to the general public would like to invite suitable candidates to join our team for the following positions:

1. Service Support Executive (2 positions)

3. Service Support Assistant (6 Positions to be based at Johor, Perak, Penang, Pahang, Melaka & Kuala Lumpur)

4. Clerk (1 position)

5. Driver (6 positions to be based at Johor, Perak, Penang, Pahang, Melaka & Kuala Lumpur)

6. IT Executive/ Assistant

Requirements

1. Position 1 & 2 (Service Support Executive / Admin Executive)

• Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree and one year experience or equivalent
• Computer proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in writing Mandarin and English
• Willing and able to multi-task

 2. Position 3 & 4 (Service Support Assistant / Clerk)

• Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma and Computer literate

3. Position 6 (IT Executive / Assistant)

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent
• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft application/ operating system/Exchange server/ SQL database, backup and recovery, PC troubleshooting
• Proficient in English,Chinese and BM (Able to read CHINESE is a MUST)
