1. ACTION RELIEF
Introduction
To provide relevant manpower, material, medical, counseling and legal support by setting up a Crisis Relief Management Committee for immediate crisis intervention during emergencies and disasters.

Services
Service Areas: National and Overseas Disaster Relief (includes natural disaster leading to loss of lives and properties). This serves to take care of the victims’ welfare both materially and psychologically.
Types of Relief Assistances
- Manpower Support: To provide immediate assistance on the ground whenever disaster occurs in rescuing, counseling or legal support
- Financial Aid
a) Solatium ≤RM300/family
b) Financial aid >RM300/family
c) Fundraising: To organize fundraising campaigns to get more support from general public to assist victims' with basic needs and shelters.
- Materials Aid In Kinds: Supply food and supplementary based on the victims’ needs, e.g. rice, clothes, health care, etc
2. VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT
Introduction
- Through Volunteer Management System (VMS) encourage public participation and recruit volunteer to serve.
Recruitment System
Volunteers will be categorised into:
- Outreach Services: Health Screening, Public Service & Complaints, Consultation & Application, Public Awareness
- Crisis Relief: Action Relief, Volunteer Training & Recruitment
3. VOLUNTEER TRAINING
Introduction
- To equip members with the necessary skills and knowledge for immediate and appropriate response to any emergency or disaster situations, the 1MCA Foundation will provide a systematic, logical, time-sensitive and professional training.
- The training schemes will be based on the skills and strengths of the volunteers in order to execute their related tasks such as Health Screening, Public Services & Complaints, Consultation & Application, Public Awareness and Crisis Relief.
Training Providers
- Experts in related areas, e.g. doctors, counselors and lawyers.
- Officers from related Ministries/Departments/NGOs
Training modules
a) Training Modules will be categorised into:
- General: Introduction of 1MCA Foundation, Roles & Responsibilities of Local Organisers and Foundation Office.
- Skill: Based on the skills required for executing tasks related to 1MCA Foundation Services, e.g. Health Screening, Public Services & Complaints, Consultation & Application and Relief Action.
b) The training modules include theory, practical and/or role play activities.
